One Off Hire
We understand that sometimes you may need a groom to cover a member of staff that is off on holiday or ill. Just give us a call and we can arrange of our grooms to come and assist.
Weekly
Sometimes you are not sure how many hours you need. We have a weekly rolling contract that gives you the ability to change the hours week by week. You are not obligated to give us any hours.
Monthly
Ongoing contracts will mean that a member of our staff is allocated to yourself. We will discuss the number of hours you require per week. This would be a monthly rolling contract that has set hours. Hours can range from a minimum of 2 hours a day to 12 hours.
Staffing / Ongoing
If you require multiple staff or a permanent groom for your facility, we can provide one of our team. They will be allocated to you on a permanent contract. We provide all the insurance and training required for our staff to manage or groom at your equine facility.

Common Questions
Do you need to insure our grooms?
No, our grooms are fully insured. this includes accident, property & damage insurance. We cover them, the horses & your facility.
Do you need to provide training?
No, all our grooms are fully trained & certified. Our grooms are provided full training by ourselves and attend retraining & certification several times a year.
What certifications do our grooms have?
Our grooms have as a minimum, BGA certification, Animal Welfare Level 2, Advanced first aid for human & horses. They must have also worked or owned horses for 5 years+
What if our groom is sick?
We would look to bring in another groom of ours to cover. Very Rarely this may be an issue, but the owner will be informed well in advance of the arrival time.
Who is your main point of contact?
The owners Robyn & Chris are your main point of contact for anything relating to, invoices, business decisions, contracts, payments. The grooms themselves will be your contact for anything horse related regarding jobs, exercising etc.
What do we charge?
Each contract is different as they have their own requirements. We do not release pricing online as the packages and contracts are created around your requirements.
Do you need to provide equipment?
We do ask that you have the basics on site such as forks, brushes, buckets etc, but our grooms will have their own equipment incase you dont.
Will our grooms refuse a job?
Safety of our grooms and your horses is at the forefront of our services. If a groom refuses to complete a task they have to be able to explain why and have appropriate concerns. This will also be fed back to management so it can be discussed with yourself.
